1. Authorization & Acceptable Use. Access to this website, including its features and systems such as contact forms, quote request forms, and any other interactive elements (collectively, the “Services”), is provided solely for legitimate business inquiries from bona fide potential customers (“Authorized Use”). Any other use is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Uses. You are expressly prohibited from accessing or using the Services for any purpose other than an Authorized Use. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

3. Revocation of Access. MR WINDOWS NJ, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke access to any user for any reason, including for any violation of these Terms. Any access in violation of these Terms is deemed “Unauthorized Access.”

4. Legal Remedies & Liquidated Damages. You acknowledge that Unauthorized Access, particularly for prohibited purposes such as debt collection or data harvesting, causes immediate and irreparable harm to MR WINDOWS NJ, LLC, including but not limited to administrative costs, diversion of employee resources, and damage to business systems.
In the event of Unauthorized Access, the violating party agrees to pay MR WINDOWS NJ, LLC liquidated damages of $2,500 per incident, which the parties agree is a reasonable estimate of the damages incurred and is not a penalty.
This remedy is without prejudice to MR WINDOWS NJ, LLC’s right to pursue all other available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, and claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and relevant state laws.

5. Agreement to Terms. By accessing or using the Services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Services.
